Lisbon's main business district for events is Parque das Nações, around Oriente station, FIL and the MEO Arena. Many hotels used by business travellers are there, including Myriad by SANA, Tivoli Oriente, Olissippo Oriente, VIP Executive Art's and Moxy Lisboa Oriente. From that area, Olaias is about 10 minutes by Uber.
If you are staying in the centre, near Avenida da Liberdade, Saldanha, Baixa or Chiado, the ride to Olaias is short and direct. Arriving on an early flight? From Lisbon Airport, the Uber is direct too. Some guests come straight from arrivals before checking in.
Prefer the metro? Oriente and Olaias are on the same Red line. From Olaias station, the space is a short walk away.

Business days rarely end at 18:00. There is the last meeting, the client dinner, the after-event drinks. Most spas are closed by then. The Tantric Flow is open until 02:00 from Monday to Saturday, and from 15:00 to 02:00 on Sunday.
That means you can book a late session after a conference day, after dinner, or after an event in the centre, and still be back at your hotel the same night. Late slots fill up first during busy weeks, such as Web Summit (9–12 November 2026), so write ahead when you can.
