Hello, I am Alana. I have a way of being in the world that is both calm and deeply present. I am not one for grand gestures; I am one for attention, to detail, to rhythm, to what each person brings with them when they enter a space.

I grew up with the intuition that the body holds what words cannot say. That belief guides everything I do. My touch is born of listening, of a genuine wish to create a space where the other feels safe enough simply to exist.

I feel there is something rooted in me. A serenity that is not distance, but the capacity to be completely here, with you, in this moment. It is in that inhabited silence that the most truthful experiences happen.
